Craig Laher

Craig Laher is an accomplished renewable energy, real estate, and consummate business professional with 20 years experience being responsible for the aggregated development, ownership, and management of assets valued at approximately $1 Billion.

Presently, Mr. Laher is President & CEO of Pyramid Solar Power LLC, and RenewableOne LLC, a full-service renewable energy program manager, clean energy park developer, and green building / renewables partner to the owners and tenants within the “built environment.” RenewableOne is pursuing clean energy projects in the U.S., including master planned clean energy parks featuring advanced energy manufacturing, renewable energy showroom, and green parking facilities being heated, cooled, and powered by the company’s proprietary solar thermal building material.

RenewableOne owns and exclusively distributes proprietary solar thermal, solar PV, and licensed geothermal, and other renewable technologies for real estate. At RenewableOne, Mr. Laher’s primary responsibilities include joint venture business development, renewable energy feasibility and development, ownership structuring, capital sourcing, debt financing and public incentives sourcing, in order to seamlessly integrate renewable power into building envelopes and real estate sites.

Experience:

Mr. Laher’s previous experience includes tenures with three (3) nationally recognized development firms. Most recently, Mr. Laher served as Managing Director and Project Partner of a national development firm where he attained broad-based real estate experience in the ownership, management, development, financing, and leasing of commercial, industrial, health care, public sector, and manufacturing real estate.

Additionally, Mr. Laher’s specialties include public speaking / corporate presentation; new business development; growing and managing start-up ventures; serving the Fortune 1000 and other large corporations; ownership structuring and joint venture development; contract negotiation and preparation; construction and project management; renewable energy planning; capital sourcing, financial feasibility, and business case preparation; governmental incentives planning and sourcing; and real estate leasing for build-to-suits and sale-leasebacks.
